The speakers at this event will include Atul Gawande, Assistant Administrator for Global Health at USAID; Yolanda Varela, General Director of the National Center for Gender Equity and Reproductive Health in Mexico; Chris Carter, Deputy Director of the Human Development Department at Global Health FCDO; Bunyarit Sukrat, Director of the Bureau of Reproductive Health at the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health in Thailand; and Pascale Allotey, Director of HRP at the WHO. These experts will share their experiences, evidence, and actions to push forward the SRHR agenda.
The event will also feature a moderated discussion with Monserrath López from WOSM in Guatemala, Levi Singh from SRHR Africa Trust in South Africa, and Hon. Apsana Begum, a Labour MP from the United Kingdom. Together, these experts and advocates will explore inclusive solutions to the challenges facing sexual and reproductive health and rights worldwide.
