Although she started her career as a receptionist with a background in business, she always had a passion for patient care. The pandemic further fueled this passion, leading her to pursue a medical assistance license through the opportunities provided by Riverview and Ivy Tech.
According to Rachel Kartz, Chancellor of Ivy Tech Hamilton County Campus, such partnerships are crucial in filling job shortages not only in Indiana but across the nation.
