Rowan County to Receive $71 Million in State Funding for Local Improvements, Including Construction of Morehead Deep Space Array at MSU

Rowan County, located in Kentucky, is set to receive over $71 million in state funding for various local improvements. The focus of this funding will be on infrastructure and transportation.
