Shakira Announces ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour’ Dates

Shakira is set to embark on a new tour in 2024, her first since the “El Dorado” global outing in 2018. The announcement was made during her surprise appearance at Coachella with Bizarrap. On Tuesday morning, Shakira shared the first set of tour dates which includes a 14-date trek starting on Nov. 2 in Palm Desert, California. The tour will also make stops in Los Angeles, Miami, Toronto, Brooklyn, Chicago and more cities such as Phoenix, San Antonio, Dallas, Charlotte, Washington DC and Boston.

Shakira has been busy in the last two years despite the hiatus from touring. In 2023, she received multiple awards at the Latin Grammy Awards including song of the year and best pop song for “Music Sessions Vol. 53” and best urban fusion/performance for “TQG.” “Music Sessions Vol. 53” also set a record as the Spanish language song with the most streams on Spotify in a single day.

The “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour” will feature songs from Shakira’s new album as well as her previous hits. Shakira expressed her excitement for the tour calling it the “tour of my life” in an interview with Billboard. She also mentioned that she drew inspiration from Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” tour. Tickets for the tour will be available starting with a Citi presale on April 17 followed by additional presales throughout the week and general sale will begin on April 22.
