Sony introduces new BRAVIA televisions and BRAVIA Theater speakers for a home cinema experience

Sony has recently unveiled its latest BRAVIA television series, including the 7, 8, and 9 models. The standout feature of the BRAVIA 9 series is its Mini LED technology, which offers exceptional image quality with great luminosity, deep blacks, superior contrast, and natural colors. Sony has also introduced its new home audio products, the BRAVIA Theatre, to bring a cinema sound experience into the home.

With the rise of streaming services allowing access to a wide range of movie content from home, Sony aims to redefine the BRAVIA brand as a complete home theater experience. The company is focusing on creating a seamless integration of televisions, sound bars, and home audio technologies to enhance the viewing experience.

The new BRAVIA televisions are equipped with Sony’s XR processor and promise to enhance the realism of cinematic content by optimizing images with high precision scene recognition. The BRAVIA 9 models feature QLED Mini LED panels and 4K Ultra HD resolution for exceptional brightness and precise backlight control for a detailed viewing experience.

The BRAVIA 9 series features several advanced technologies such as Backlight Master Drive for authentic contrast, X-Anti Reflection for reduced reflections, X-Wide Angle for natural viewing angles, Acoustic Multi-Audio+ for surround sound experience making it the first in the world to feature top-beam tweeter speakers.

In addition to the BRAVIA 9 series, Sony has introduced the BRAVIA 7 and 8 televisions with OLED and QLED Mini LED panels respectively. All new models include Studio Calibrated mode for optimized streaming content playback and support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos certifications.

Along with the new televisions, Sony has launched its BRAVIA Theatre line of home audio products including a ‘neckband’ style speaker that delivers powerful bass sound that fills any room without overwhelming it. The Quad speaker system delivers clear dialogue in every scene while maintaining balance between music and other sounds making it an ideal choice for small spaces like bedrooms or living rooms.

Control of features like Voice Zoom3 technology can be managed through the BRAVIA Connect app while ensuring synchronized audio and video playback with Acoustic Center Sync technology in all sound bars.

Sony’s new products are now available for preorder at varying price points starting from $1000 USD.
