13-year-old girl accused of stabbing two teachers and student, charged with double murder

In Wales, a 13-year-old girl has been charged with three counts of attempted murder for stabbing two teachers and a student at Amman Valley School in Carmarthenshire. Principal James Durbridge expressed his concern for the victims and their families, thanking the staff and students for their response to the incident on what he described as a “particularly difficult day.” The school, which has approximately 1,500 students aged between 11 and 18, went into lockdown following the incident.

The 13-year-old girl responsible for the stabbings has been arrested and charged with attempted murder. Additionally, a 15-year-old boy was also arrested on suspicion of making threats related to the incident after sharing details about the suspected perpetrator on social media. All three victims have recovered enough to be released from the hospital.
