Tesla recently made changes to its Model Y lineup, introducing the Long Range RWD variant while dropping the Rear-Wheel Drive variant. The price of the Model Y RWD was reduced by $2,000 to $42,990, which was its lowest list price ever. The Long Range RWD will now start at $44,990.
Tesla is offering an upgrade in range for the Model Y LR RWD with a 320-mile range for an additional $2,000 over the RWD’s range of 260 miles. The Model Y LR All-Wheel Drive also has a longer range of 310 miles but offers faster acceleration and starts at $47,990.
