As the winter sports season comes to a close, it’s time to celebrate the standout performances of high school athletes in Erie County. Over the next few weeks, GoErie.com and the Erie Times-News will reveal the all-District 10 and region teams for several winter sports.
Starting with girls bowling, the Metro League all-star team and bowler of the year have already been announced, highlighting some of the top performers of the season. Boys swimming will feature the Times-News’ 2023-24 District 10 Boys Swimming/Diving All-Star Team, as well as region swimmers/divers of the year and first- and second-team all-stars in three regions. Girls swimming will also showcase their top 24 females in the Times-News’ District 10 Girls Swimming/Diving All-Star Team, as well as region swimmers/divers of the year and first- and second-team all-stars in three regions.
Boys wrestling and girls wrestling will follow with the unveiling of the all-District 10 wrestlers and all-region teams/wrestlers of the year. Boys and girls basketball will round out the announcements, with the Times-News revealing their top 24 all-District 10 players for both boys and girls basketball, along with all-region teams and players of
