National Drug Take Back Day is April 27; Tria Health pharmacists are here to help with wellness.

Tria Health, a confidential and free service for employees and their families, is now accessible to Marquette medical plan participants. With Tria Health pharmacists, participants can rest assured that the medications they are taking are safe, effective, and affordable.

As part of an annual effort to reduce the accumulation of unused medications in homes and protect the environment and public health, National Drug Take Back Day will take place on Saturday, April 27. This event provides a secure method for disposing of unused medications. Participants can make a lasting impact beyond the designated day by gathering information on acceptable items for collection and locating a nearby collection site.

For those who prefer to dispose of their unused medications on-campus, Marquette University Police Department has a drop box in the lobby available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
