Business Report is now accepting registrations for its 2024 Best Places to Work program, which recognizes companies that create a positive workplace environment and attract top talent. To be eligible, companies must have at least 15 full- or part-time permanent employees working in Baton Rouge and operate within the nine designated parishes.
The selection and ranking for this prestigious awards program are determined by an independent firm, Workforce Research Group. Participating companies will be evaluated based on a questionnaire about company policies, practices, demographics, and benefits, as well as a survey of randomly selected employees on nine key focus areas including role satisfaction, work/life balance, leadership, and training.
The results will be featured in a special issue of Business Report in October, and a celebration will be held to honor the recipients. Business Report has partnered with the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management and Workforce Research Group to present this program.
