Lyra Health provides support for a range of issues including parent and caregiver stress, anger management, anxiety and depression, alcohol use, work stress and burnout, and relationship challenges. Once you’ve signed up with Lyra, you can choose from a list of mental health coaches and therapists who understand your unique needs and provide high-quality, evidence-based care. You can also easily book in-person or virtual appointments, access care for your spouse and children, and utilize resources through the Lyra Health mobile app.
