After spending some time with the Minnesota Vikings, wide receiver Daylen Baldwin has been waived from the team. The decision was made in order to make room on the 90-man roster for new undrafted rookies that will be signing with the team during the upcoming rookie minicamp. Baldwin had originally joined the Vikings’ practice squad last November and secured a future deal with the team after the regular season ended. Prior to joining the Vikings, Baldwin had spent most of his rookie year on the practice squad with the Cleveland Browns, where he caught two passes for 25 yards in one game. With his departure from the Vikings, Baldwin is now searching for a new opportunity in the NFL to continue his professional career. It is always a competitive environment in the league, and Baldwin will need to prove himself once again in order to earn a spot on another team.
