Western Science Academy recognized as one of California’s top schools

Western Science Academy in Hemet has recently been recognized as one of the top schools in both California and the United States. The academy was ranked as the 18th Best School in California and the 151st Best School in the country, according to a U.S. News and World Report article.

Located in Hemet, the Western Science Academy offers students the opportunity to participate in Advanced Placement coursework and exams. With a 99 percent AP class participation rate among its 741 students, the academy is dedicated to providing a challenging academic environment for its students. The school caters to students from 6th to 12th grade, with many seniors aspiring to attend some of the best colleges and universities in the nation.

Executive Director Paul Bailey expressed his pride in the school’s recent ranking, stating, “Everyone here at Western Center Academy is incredibly proud of our students and the community for helping us achieve this recognition as one of the top schools in California.” The academy’s commitment to academic excellence and student success has solidified its reputation as a top-performing school in the region.
