Leipzig: Tram drivers under investigation following the tragic death of 3 boys

On a tragic Easter Sunday, little Henri, a 3-year-old boy from the USA, lost his life in a fatal accident in Leipzig. He stumbled while getting off the tram and fell under the approaching train. The tram driver is currently under investigation for suspected negligent homicide.

Despite their devastating loss, Henri’s family has decided to celebrate his life during his funeral service in Massachusetts, his hometown. They have invited everyone who knew Henri to attend the service, asking guests to wear “white angels” or cheerful colors instead of traditional black attire.

Henri’s family recently relocated to Leipzig from Boston and had found great comfort and support in their new home until the tragic accident occurred. His parents, Kacie and Christian, have expressed their gratitude to the German community for their assistance during this difficult time.

The family plans to broadcast the funeral service and will include a eulogy in German to express their appreciation for the outpouring of support they have received. They want to honor Henri’s joyful spirit and love for dinosaurs, encouraging attendees to remember him with smiles and happy memories.
