After defeating Tabor with a score of 6-4 in the KCAC tournament, OKWU Baseball is now just one win away from making it to the title game. The Eagles have remained unbeaten in the tournament and are in a commanding position as they head into the weekend.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, the Blue Jays loaded the bases, but OKWU pitcher Ashton Luera rose to the occasion and secured a crucial victory for his team. With this win, OKWU only needs to win one more game on Saturday to secure their spot in the title game on Sunday.

The Eagles will face either Friends University or Tabor College, both teams that they have previously beaten. This victory brings OKWU’s overall season record to 33-18, and they will need to win the conference tournament to earn a spot in the NAIA national tournament.

As we continue to follow OKWU baseball’s journey towards the title game, we will provide updates on their progress. Stay tuned for more information about their upcoming matchup.
