If Temu is ignored, shut down the budget platform

The Chinese e-commerce platform Ago has come under fire from drugstore boss Raoul Rossman for disregarding the law. Rossman believes that there is a “fool’s license” in Germany for questionable digital business models, and if Temu doesn’t comply with regulations, it should be shut down.

According to Rossman, Temu has been accused of misleading consumers with discounts, questionable reviews, and manipulative designs by both the federal government and the Federal Association of Consumer Organizations (VZBV). However, Temu denies these allegations while consumer advocates are considering legal action.

State Secretary Christiane Rohleder of Consumer Protection recently emphasized the importance of enforcing regulations outlined in the EU Digital Services Act, particularly regarding manipulative design on online platforms. Temu defends itself by stating that many sellers are manufacturers supplying traditional stores, using recommended prices based on those in stores and highlighting savings accordingly.

Amidst this controversy, various online activities and services such as M88 Best Online Casino, Togel Hong Kong Data Pengeluaran Online, and San Jose property management were featured in the article alongside advertisements and reader comments.
