Grocer to Carry Virginia Tech Graduate’s Sauce

As a journalist, I will present you with two unique articles. The first article highlights the success of Virginia Tech graduate Tahjere Lewis, who has turned his family recipe into a commercially available product called Aunt Carol’s Sauce. Food Lion, the largest retailer in the region, has agreed to carry the item, and Lewis continues to pursue his entrepreneurial endeavors at the age of 24. The second article focuses on the reopening of tasting rooms at area wineries during the spring season. AmRhein’s Wine Cellars in Bent Mountain and Villa Appalaccia Winery just off the Blue Ridge Parkway have announced their tasting rooms will open for the season on April 6 and March 15 respectively. Additionally, Stanburn Winery in Stuart has announced that it will close after the upcoming season.
