Man found guilty of murder in fatal shooting at Tuskegee business in 2019.

Maurice Demond Davis was found guilty of murder and felon in possession of a firearm after just 53 minutes of jury deliberation in Macon County. He was convicted for shooting and killing MiKayce Parker during an argument at a Tuskegee business. Davis is set to be sentenced on May 9, and the prosecution is seeking to have him sentenced as a habitual offender due to his prior felonies.
