Odfjell Technology, a leading provider of well services technology and engineering solutions, has recently secured three contracts in Malaysia. These wins have boosted the company’s market share in the Asia Pacific region. Two of the contracts are for wellbore clean-up equipment and services, while the third is for tubular running services to an operator.
Under these contracts, Odfjell Technology will provide a range of tools such as the DrillRdillo tool, Advanced Jetting Tool, Riser Combi Tool, scrapers, brushes, magnets, weight set circulating tools, weight set swivels, and circulating tools. The DrillRdillo tool is known for increasing well productivity, improving integrity and reducing operational costs.
In addition to wellbore clean-up services, Odfjell Technology has also won a contract to provide tubular running services to an operator. The company will use its Casing Running Tool (CRTi) and Flush Mounted Spider (FMS) to enhance efficiency and safety for the customer’s drilling program. A range of slips, elevators, torque turn monitoring systems and rotary tables will also be provided under this scope of work.
All three contracts will be serviced by Odfjell Technology’s facilities in Malaysia.
