Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures (GATV) and Trammell Crow Company (TCC) have recently completed the first phase of Science Square, a mixed-use development located on 18 acres near Georgia Tech’s campus in Atlanta, Georgia. This phase includes the construction of Science Square Labs, a cutting-edge life science building, as well as The Grace Residences, a 280-unit multifamily tower.
Science Square Labs, which spans 368,258 square feet, is designed to house state-of-the-art labs and clean-room space. In addition to Science Square Labs, the first phase of Science Square also features The Grace Residences. This luxury apartment complex began welcoming residents in April and offers a mix of market-rate and affordable housing options. The Grace includes a 14-story tower and a connected six-story mid-rise building. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a club room, an outdoor courtyard with fire pits, grilling areas, and a pool and fitness center.
