As we drove through the winding roads near Rijeka, we encountered harsh winter conditions. The temperatures were freezing at 0 degrees and a mix of sleet, snow, and fog made visibility severely limited to less than 100 meters at times. Despite the challenging weather, the road was cleared for safe travel.
As we passed through Delnice, we saw snow-covered landscapes perfect for sledding. It was evident that winter had truly arrived. We spoke with a local resident who shared their firsthand experience of the frosty weather.
